Together with our partner network (engineering offices, construction companies, testing institutes and universities), we offer a wide range of services: basic survey, development of solutions, calculations and simulation, efficacy forecasts and proofs and vibration measurements, as well as material tests and measurements carried out on our own large-scale test rig. Getzner also acts as a reliable partner on the construction site when it comes to instruction, installation and inspection.

Proof of performance

The experts from Getzner carries out measurements before and after installation – giving customers the assurance that their installed vibration protection is working as promised. This is often done in partnership with competent engineering offices and authorised testing institutes.

Calculation and effectivity prognosis

In addition to many years of experience, the experts from Getzner have a comprehensive understanding of systems and materials in the calculation of the right solution for vibration isolation. Furthermore, Getzner is able to draw on precise forecasting models to simulate the effect of vibration protection before it is installed. This ensures its effectiveness before installation takes place.

Installation plans

A detailed installation plan is created for every project. This contains all the necessary details and information to ensure correct installation of the vibration protection solution – for example, dimensions, names of products and the position of Getzner materials in the overall construction project.

Instruction on site

Getzner does not simply leave the customer to get on with it. Getzner experts attend the site and show customers how to install the products in precise detail. Comprehensive instruction is essential to the success of projects.

Material and system tests

Getzner tests the effectiveness of materials and solutions. We carry out tests on our own large-scale test rig, in quality control laboratories and in conjunction with external testing institutes and universities. We also test complete systems, like rail seats, for example.
