Earthquake shocks and high accelerations are absorbed non-destructively by the Isotop® DZE 3D.
The Isotop® DZE 3D consists of a robust housing made of durable cast stainless steel. Inside is a patented chamber system, which is equipped with the proven Getzner materials Sylomer®, Sylodyn® and Sylodamp®. This is the basis for the unique behaviour of the Isotop® DZE 3D: it absorbs horizontal loads and then returns to its original position. Thanks to the M12 threaded connection, devices can be securely placed and fastened on the Isotop® DZE 3D.
The Isotop® DZE 3D is available in five standard types with a maximum load of up to 1,200 kg.
- It absorbs forces from all directions non-destructively.
- The cast steinless steel housing, which can be bolted to the base as well as to the machine, guarantees maximum resistance to tearing.
- Like all Isotop® machine bearings, it offers the best possible vibration isolation with reduced maintenance and a long service life.
- Appliances can also be operated in critical installation locations. Secondary airborne noise is also sustainably reduced.
- Whether earthquake shocks, strong accelerations or high wind loads - with the Isotop® DZE 3D, appliances can be used without restriction.
