The new headquarters of the traditional Munich bakery Rischart is located on Munich's Theresienhöhe. The modern building extends over 22,000 m² and not only serves as the company headquarters, but also houses a large bakery as well as company flats, a boarding house and a café. The new building was necessary due to the limited space available at the current production site and was intended to allow flexible use for production, administration, living and catering.
