Under sleeper pads
Under sleeper pads provide vibration protection, preserve the ballast under the tracks and improve track stability. They can be installed both in high-speed rail lines and in lines with high axle loads, as well as in existing standard gauge lines, during repairs and retrofitting.
Thanks to an optimised bonding system, Getzner under sleeper pads are pre-fitted to the sleepers during the manufacturing stage. As a result, no additional work is required at the installation site. Installation is quick, unaffected by weather conditions and can be carried out with minimal service interruptions.
The advantages for you
- Defined elasticity into the railway superstructure
- Increased track quality
- Longer service life for ballast
- Less short pitch and rail corrugation on the rail running surface
- Quick installation through pre-assembly on the sleepers
- Ideal for retrofitting a vibration protection solution
