火车轨道沿线住宅区和商业区的有效隔振
全景塔: 在高流量的火车线路沿线新建住宅。 在老慕尼黑集装箱火车站的旧址上建起了阿努尔夫城市公园住宅区和商业区。 2009 年从阿努尔夫城市公园南部开始兴建 Central & Park 项目: 这个建筑群包括两个侧翼高层住宅楼和中间的商业建筑。

材料的板状建筑支撑结构。 两座 44 米高的高层住宅楼采用 Sylodyn® 材料进行了板状支撑。 为了
达到更好的隔振效果,还需要将侧墙与周围环境进行弹性隔离——从底座下缘到
土层上缘。 根据安装深度选择使用 Sylomer® 或 Sylodyn® 材料。

在这个项目中,将带支撑的建筑区域与不带支撑的建筑区域进行直接对比得出了非常有说服力的结果,因为两类区域都处于相同的环境影响下。 检验测量结果充分显示出,弹性支撑在建筑物的减振方面可以发挥非常巨大的作用。
