建在铁路隧道上方的双塔楼高层综合建筑物的弹性建筑支撑结构。
纽约曼哈顿的拉什莫尔大厦高 130 米,41 层,是纽约时代广场附近的高层建筑。 此项目的挑战在于,要在美国国铁的纽约铁路隧道上方建起一座双塔楼高层综合建筑物。
正是因为这个原因,直到不久前,滨江大道附近一直都还未开工。 列车每天在两条轨道线上穿行,带来了 25 吨重的轴负载,还有一条经此路段的地铁正在规划中。

Getzner 解决方案
针对这栋摩天大楼的建筑支撑结构,Getzner Werkstoffe GmbH 提出了一种全新的解决方案: 41 层楼每一层都安装弹性支撑结构。 两层楼之间完全隔离开来,就像便于取出的抽屉一样。
这两层楼均未与整个建筑连接在一起。 侧面则采用 Sylomer® 衬垫保护承重墙,避免风力影响。
Getzner 与建筑师和动力学家一起设计出了详细的负载分配方案,一共 350 个接触点每个点的负载均已精确计算出来。
