格士纳解决方案
为了缓解上部结构的退化,格士纳接洽中国几大重载铁路网络,安装其弹塑性轨枕垫并进行相应测试。其中即包括沿大秦运煤专线选定的两段铁路,太原铁路局于 2016 年在负载和空载方向的轨道上分别应用了聚氨酯轨枕垫。在大秦运煤专线安装 SLB 2210 G 型和 SLB 1510 G 型聚氨酯轨枕垫后,维护工作量得到显著减轻。这不仅可以大幅节省成本,还可提升轨道可用性。
