巡邏艇舵手室的軸承
噪音低於 80 分貝
2020 年,新加坡領先的造船及海事服務公司 Lita Ocean 為新加坡海事及港務局建造了六艘巡邏艇。為了達到 17 公尺長的船隻舵手室內噪音低於 80 dB 的要求,造船師和工程師依靠 Getzner Werkstoffe 的彈性聚氨酯材料 Sylomer®。
低於 80 dB: 經測量確認的噪音水平
整個舵手室被放置在彈性 Sylomer® 軸承上,因此與驅動馬達和泵等振動干擾源解除了耦合。安裝工程完成後,測量結果令人非常滿意。在最大負載下,錄得的最大噪音等級為 79.2 dB。
