This 18-month program will introduce you to the widely varying parts of the company, helping you to pinpoint your own specific strengths and interests. Depending on your specific background and interests, you will be with the different units for various periods of time. For example, this introduction program at Getzner Werkstoffe will take you into the lab for material development, which is particularly important in order to keep abreast of the latest developments in the field of vibration technology. Following this, you might spend some time working in application technology or system development. Other possible postings include product qualification and management, internal and external distribution and finally, production management. Following completion of the trainee program you may have the opportunity to start an exciting job at Getzner.
