Beijing Getzner Trading Co., Ltd. Is part of the highly innovative Getzner Group from Austria. In China, we are currently looking for a sales manager taking care of all our direct customers and sales agents in the railway and metro. The sales manager's task is to actively assist the customer with vibration problems by offering Getzner products. Such applications are a value-added product as they decrease noise, increase safety and decrease maintenance cost. Getzner is the leading company for vibration-dampening solutions in the railway. Getzner is a major supplier for the Chinese High-Speed Railway such as Beijing to Shanghai and for subway projects in all Chinese major cities.

Responsibility:

  • 负责铁路和城市轨道交通领域内的产品销售工作
  • Being responsible for sales of all railway applications in railway and subway
  • 负责管理铁路项目商务方面的事宜,如合同,销售,物流,及其他相关事务
  • Managing commercial aspects of railway projects: contracts, sales, logistics, related services
  • 应用Getzner弹性材料为客户提供解决振动问题的方案
  • Assisting the customer with vibration problems by offering Getzner applications
  • 吸引新的项目和客户
  • Attracting new projects and customers
  • 为现有的销售代理商提供必要的支持
  • Supporting existing sales agents
  • 通过面对面的沟通交流,掌握客户需求,并提供解决方案
  • Customer care and customer visits
  • 与客户和合作企业建立良好的伙伴关系
  • Establishing a good relationship to customers and sales partners
  • 负责项目商务和销售方面的工作
  • Taking care of commercial aspects of projects and sales
  • 负责项目销售合同条款的谈判和沟通
  • Negotiating terms and conditions of projects / sales
  • 及时掌握铁路和建筑市场需求的发展动向
  • Identifying relevant railway and construction projects
  • 收集市场需求数据,并分析竞争企业的相关信息
  • Collecting market related data and analyzing competition

要求:
Requirements:

  • 销售领域5年以上工作经验(项目销售经验优先)
  • Minimum five years working experience in the field of sales (ideally project sales)
  • 大学学历,工程或商务专业优先
  • University degree: engineering or commercial background as a plus
  • 有一定的铁路工程专业背景
  • Railway background preferred
  • 出色的沟通技巧及良好的团队合作精神
  • Excellent communication skills and capacity for teamwork
  • 客户至上和以服务为导向的工作理念
  • Customer- and service-oriented working style
  • 能经常性出差
  • Willingness to travel
  • 良好的英语水平
  • English language skills as a must
  • 熟练使用MS Office系统
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
