北京格士纳贸易有限公司是奥地利格师纳材料有限责任公司旗下的一家子公司。格师纳材料有限责任公司是铁路减振降噪领域的领头企业，同时也为建筑领域提供应用解决方案。
北京格士纳贸易有限公司于2010年7月成立，目前正逐步建立全国销售网络。格士纳作为中国高速铁路（如京沪线）的主要供应商的同时，也为城市轻型轨道交通系统（如地铁和轻轨）提供产品。另外，开发建筑领域减振降噪的市场也是我们的重要目标之一。因此，北京格士纳正在寻找一位合适的销售助理经理来推动格士纳建筑领域业务以及与相关机构（科研机构，设计院，业主…）的合作与发展。
The company Getzner Werkstoffe, located in Austria, is the leading company providing vibration-dampening solutions in the railway business. Getzner supplies its products to the high-speed railway lines in China. Other potential future markets are urban light rail traffic and construction.
Currently, Getzner China is looking for a Technical Sales Support Manager (Construction) who wants to join the team of our newly set-up commercial enterprise in Beijing in 2010. The newly opened enterprise will be responsible for extending sales activities in the Chinese Market.
岗位职责：
Responsibilities:
- 收集并准备项目信息 (数据，图纸等)
- Collect and prepare project information (data, drawings, etc.)
- 建筑领域的减振解决方案设计与支持
- Support the design of vibration isolation solutions for construction projects
- 技术方案的计算
- Perform technical calculations
- 撰写项目计划书
- Prepare project proposals
- 负责与合作伙伴、客户以及奥地利总部之间技术方面的沟通
- Technical communication with distribution partners, customers and headquarters in Austria
- 保持合作伙伴及客户之间良好的沟通协作
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and divisions
- 协助业务开发，产品市场调查，以及研究市场需求并撰写相应的研究报告
- Assists in the business development, product information survey and market situation research and prepare the reports accordingly
- 上级安排的其他工作
- Other tasks assigned by Managing Director or Company
职位要求：
Qualifications:
- 大学本科或硕士毕业，土木工程、建筑声学、环境工程、振动控制或相关专业
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, majored in civil engineering, environmental engineering, technical acoustics, vibration control or related fields
- 良好的中英文听说读写能力
- Excellent written and spoken capability both in Chinese and English
- 良好的沟通协作能力
- Good communication and coordination skills
- 熟练掌握Word, Excel and PowerPoint等办公软件
- Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
- 精通相关绘图软件，如AutoCAD 等
- Advanced skills in drawing tools, e.g. AutoCAD etc.
- 对隔振技术在建筑工程上的应用有一定经验者优先考虑
- Experience in vibration isolation in construction applications is a plus
